• Rene – Our Lead Technician and Co-Owner is a Level II Certified RV Repair Technician with hands-on expertise and a passion for solving even the toughest RV challenges. Rene’s knowledge and attention to detail ensure repairs are done right — the first time.

• Sue – Our Co-Owner keeps our operations running smoothly and our customers well taken care of. With a sharp eye for business and a heart for people, Susan makes sure everything stays on course.

• Katie – As our Director of Administration, Katie keeps the back office organized, schedules running efficiently, and communication clear. She's the friendly voice you'll often hear first and the one who makes sure things happen on time.
